I had an amazing stay with great staff, excellent wellness facilities and delicious food. This hotel had top-notch cleanliness and a beautiful panoramic view. Furthermore, its location was perfect for both downhill and cross-country skiing.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the stunning views from the room and the warm greetings received from the staff at the reception. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being only a short distance away from the ski lift and with easy access to both downhill and cross-country skiing routes. the food served was of excellent quality and tasted amazing.

I have to say that there were some negative aspects that affected my experience, like the lack of cleanliness in the wellness area, particularly in and around the whirlpool. the breakfast service was quite chaotic, with only one coffee machine for all the guests, resulting in long queues.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The wellness facilities exceeded our expectations, with a variety of saunas to choose from, including a stunning Finnish sauna with a breathtaking mountain view. The food at the hotel was of high quality and had a great selection to choose from.

The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and was very spacious. the wellness area was a highlight of our stay, with multiple saunas and a relaxing atmosphere. the location was perfect for both downhill and cross-country skiing, with easy access to the slopes.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, and we also noticed some uncleanliness in the wellness area. the breakfast experience was somewhat chaotic due to a lack of efficiency in the coffee machine and limited space available to eat.

Access to the ski lift is not the most convenient, as you need to ski down a short distance and cross a carpark and river on foot. the hotel location is still ideal for both downhill and cross-country skiing. the staff is friendly and the wellness facilities are great, with four different types of saunas and a Finnish Sauna with a stunning mountain view. Food is also of high quality and selection. the room is beautiful with a panoramic view and the reception and bar staff are helpful.

The breakfast area can be chaotic with only one coffee machine, making it inefficient for all guests.
